DESCRIPTION:Ready to become part of the MX family? Tryouts for the 2026–2027 season are open to athletes born 2007–2021. Athletes must attend the tryout session that matches their birth year. \nTryout Dates & Times \n\nBirth Years 2017–2021 — Wednesday\, May 13\, 2026 | 5:15–7:00 PM | Oakdale\nBirth Years 2007–2016 — Monday\, May 4\, 2026 | 6:45–8:30 PM | Oakdale\n\nCan’t make your scheduled date? Email info@mxallstarcheer.com to arrange a private tryout. \n\nWhat to Wear \nAthletes must arrive in all black — shoes excluded. ✔ Fitted t-shirt or tank top ✔ Shorts ✔ No-show socks ✔ Clean cheer or tennis shoes ⚠️ No outside shoes on the floor | Hair in a ponytail | No jewelry \n\nWhat We’re Looking For \nMX staff will evaluate athletes on basic tumbling fundamentals\, jumps\, and coordination/body control. Tumbling is not required — athletes will be guided through fundamentals as needed. Tryouts are designed to be relaxed and athlete-focused. No parent or spectator viewing during tryouts. \n\nStunt Tryouts \nStunt tryout sessions will be held on May 20 (time TBD). Stunt times are assigned after tumbling tryouts and emailed directly to families. Athletes may be asked to attend more than one session and may only attend their assigned section. \n\nFees \nTryout Fee: $65\nSeason Commitment Fee: $200 \nBoth fees are due at your first tryout clinic.
