Our Flyer Class focuses on the stability, control, strength and body positions you will need to be the best flyer possible. We will work on liberties, heel stretches, scales, scorpions, and bows. These skills will be worked on the floor, stunt stands and several different unstable surfaces to improve your ability to hold your skills while in the air.




Our Flex-Ability class is for any athlete, regardless of you choice of sport. The focus will be on increasing Range of Motion for all major muscle groups. This class will consist of a warm-up and some light stretch work, followed by a long stretch section which will involve holding stretches for 20 seconds to 1 minute. A flexible athlete is a stronger, more resilient athlete. You cannot go wrong with improved flexibility.
