Our All-Star Team tryouts are open to athletes ages 5 and up—no experience is necessary to try out. Every athlete who participates will be placed on an Elite, Prep, or Novice team, with the goal of finding the best fit for their current skills and long-term growth. Athletes will be evaluated on jumps, tumbling (not required), and overall athletic ability, along with attitude, effort, and coachability. Flyers will participate in a separate evaluation to assess flexibility, body control, and stunt technique.

To ensure a focused and comfortable environment for all athletes, there is no viewing during the tryout process. Athletes are required to attend both a Tumbling and Stunt Tryout Clinic. If you are unable to attend these clinics, please email us at [email protected]
