TUMBLING FOR DANCERS

Tumbling for Dancers is a technique-based class designed to help athletes incorporate acro and tumbling elements into their performances. This class emphasizes strength, flexibility, and body control while teaching progressions for skills that add dynamic impact to choreography. Participants work on mastering skills including limbers, front and back walkovers, Valdez, switch-leg walkovers, cartwheels, and introductory side aerial drills.
